Dr. Forman, based out of Tampa, Florida, is a Board Certified Dermatologist, and Board Certified Dermatopathologist.

Seth B. Forman, M.D. graduated medical school at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA, and completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia, also serving as Chief Resident in his final year.

He has written several peer-reviewed articles about various dermatological issues including inflammatory conditions such as eczema. He is the primary author of two chapters in Comprehensive Dermatology Drug Therapy, which is the leading reference textbook for dermatological therapeutics. He is an assistant clinical professor of Dermatology at the University of Central Florida.  He has also completed an advanced fellowship in dermatopathology at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

Dr. Forman is a practicing dermatologist, having two locations in Tampa FL, and opening a third location also in Tampa.  Dr. Forman has extensive experience administering ultraviolet (UV) phototherapy for a number of skin disorders including psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo.  Psoria-Shield benefits greatly from Dr. Forman's insight and input regarding design and workflow for the Psoria-Light.
